Providing a massive 5.0-Ton (5,000 kg / 11,000 lbs) lifting capacity, it allows technicians to safely elevate the heaviest vehicles in your fleet to a maximum working height of 1750mm (69 inches) for comfortable, full-standing undercarriage access.
Unlike standard lifts, the PL-F50 is built with extra-wide, solid steel runways. This allows large, dual-rear-wheel trucks to drive straight onto the platform quickly and easily without the tedious process of perfectly positioning swing arms. The entire lifting mechanism—including the heavy-duty steel ropes and oversized pulleys—is intelligently routed and structured safely underneath the runways. This design completely protects the vital moving parts from shop dirt, dropped tools, and corrosive automotive fluids, drastically extending the lifespan of the machine.
Because lifting 5 tons of steel requires absolute fail-safe security, PULI engineered the PL-F50 with industry-leading safety systems. The powerful hydraulic cylinder is equipped with an anti-explosion safety valve to prevent the lift from crashing down in the rare event of a sudden pressure loss. Furthermore, every single one of the four columns is equipped with a dual-redundancy locking system: it features the main mechanical insurance lock, backed up instantly by an independent rope-break insurance mechanism, ensuring your technicians are protected at all times.
