The defining feature of this series is its “2-Level” double scissor design. Built directly into the main alignment runways is a secondary lifting platform. With the push of a button on the standalone control cabinet, this built-in jack engages the chassis, elevating the wheels completely off the runway. This incredibly convenient feature transforms your alignment rack into a full-service station, allowing technicians to seamlessly transition into brake repairs, tire rotations, and advanced suspension work without moving the vehicle. For precise alignments, the main runways are equipped with high-quality, abrasion-resistant slip plates.
Safety and durability are engineered into every component. The synchronized dual hydraulic cylinders assure a perfectly level lift, elevating vehicles to an impressive 1850mm (73 inches). To guarantee operator safety, the lifts feature precision-machined, double-sided mechanical safety teeth, height limit switches for both the main platform and the secondary jack, and a safety descending stop with an audible alarm.
